What We Did
As hotels are invariably defined by their reception lobbies, creating an engaging, interactive and welcoming introduction is vital to ensure the guest’s first impressions are positive. This proposal involved redefining the brand guidelines to express a distinctive user experience that stimulated interaction and tranquillity. It was also designed to be supremely functional for working, eating and relaxing so that the user experience was tangibly enriched.
