What We Did
This formerly dilapidated, listed building required extensive restoration and reconfiguration to form sixteen luxury apartments. In order to overcome poor light levels for basement occupants, the layouts were arranged as duplex apartments. Having retained or reinstated many of the building’s original features, this historically significant building has been saved and now has a sustainable future.
