What We Did

This established dessert parlour chain had already been extremely successful, which meant our intervention had to be extremely well considered in order to avoid alienating existing users. Pink velvet seating had been the symbol of this brand, so we decided to exaggerate it to make a very identifiable statement. It was also very important that we conveyed the quality of the products in tangible ways that heightened the customer experience.
