What We Did
This 127 apartment scheme had a number of constraints around flood risk, viability and boundary issues. These were all successfully managed to achieve Planning Consent. With a strong emphasis on supporting the resident experience, the proposal includes exceptional communal facilities, from sky lounge, and gym to bookable individual study rooms.
