What We Did
This gelato dessert parlour forms part of a national roll-out by Icestone Gelato. Located within the historic High Street in Chester, this was a sensitive planning application, which was successfully achieved following extensive justification. The building had very low ceilings which has an impact on the design and positioning of services. The design had to deviate from the brand guidelines, but remained within the same concept.
