What We Did

Very sensitive design is required when significantly extending a Listed Building. A key aspect of the design rationale involves ensuring the new addition is subservient to the Listed Building even though it is larger. This proposal achieved 41 high quality apartments with car parking and amenity space. Being located in an area where commercial viability is constrained, the design had to be deliverable and objective.
