What We Did
This prominently positioned scheme had already achieved planning consent prior to our involvement, but it was prohibitively expensive to build and did not achieve sufficient apartment numbers to make it viable. Our design was dramatic in that it retained the existing pub and we also successfully increased the size of the development by 25%. This enabled the scheme to be commercially viable as well as more distinctive.
