What We Did
This innovative new building is sensitively designed around community living, affording users and occupants alike, with high levels of interactivity and social space. With cafes, co-working space and extensive retail facilities the proposal offers a model that responds to keys issues facing cities today. These range from declining retail sales and the impact of technological advancements, to a more flexible accommodation frameworks as required by the millennial generation.
