What We Did
This 11-acre site contained a listed mill complex with over 350,000 sq ft of internal floor area. The proposal was included within a broader regeneration plan for the area which helped to identify end uses for the site. This aims to reinforce the commercial activity and regeneration of the site with certain publicly funded projects. These range from precision engineering workshops and incubation units (in support of the Northern Powerhouse agenda), to hydroponic plant facilities. The vision and quality of the proposals have enabled the project to attract attention from investors as well as civic and community leaders.
